Our numbers are small and your
support is needed. Public interest in the regulation of homeopathy is vital
to the success of our application for self-regulation.
The Ministry of Health Services
looks at the demand in the province for the services of homeopaths as part
of their evaluation of our application.
We need to demonstrate that the
designation of homeopathy under the Health Professions Act is in the public
interest.
What can you do to help?

Print out
as many copies as you need of this
petition.
Please do not alter the petition in any way as we are more effective if
all petitions sent to the provincial government are the same.

Ask your patients and friends of
homeopathy to sign the petition. Most people like to voice their opinion
and add their signature to support a cause they believe in – we value
their support! Only persons who are 19 years or older and residents of BC
should sign this petition.

Petitions may be distributed to
other venues - those who sell homeopathic remedies may want to support our
application. Please keep track of the petitions you hand out so that you
can collect and return them to us.

Petitions may be mailed in when a
page is full of signatures or kept to be sent in at a later date. At some
point in the application process we will ask for the petitions to be
returned so we can submit them to the government.
